My name is Patti Weisbrod and I work for Pennsylvania Recovery Center in Phoenixville, Pa. My title is Director of Family Family Program. My role is to help families in their time of need when a loved one is struggling with addiction and mental health issues. I have 18 years of service in addiction treatment and dedicated to providing compassionate and effective care to individuals and families seeking recovery. I believe in a personalized evidenced based approach focusing on empowering the individual and family.
I have a Family Workshop once a month at our facility where family members can express their concerns as well as becoming educated in the disease concept of addiction. The workshop provides a supportive environment where loved ones can voice their concerns without judgement.
