2. Share your plan details

Member ID, date of birth and the name on the plan. That is all we need to start.

3. We contact your insurer

4. You get clear answers

What is covered, what your share may be, and the soonest day you can begin.

What your benefits actually pay for

Clinical hours in PHP and IOP: group therapy in small caseloads of five to seven people, two individual sessions a week, family involvement and psychiatric support when it is needed.

Assessment and treatment planning, including the BARC-10 recovery capital scale and PHQ-9 / GAD-7 screens we use to measure progress rather than guess at it.

Dual diagnosis care for depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder and ADHD alongside substance use — treated together, not in separate places.

Telehealth groups for virtual IOP across Pennsylvania, plus step-down planning and alumni support after you finish the program.

Our measured results

53%

of clients complete our PHP and IOP programs — vs. a national average near 26% for similar outpatient programs.

+9

point average gain on the BARC-10 recovery capital scale from admission to discharge.

-5.95

point average drop in combined PHQ-9 / GAD-7 anxiety and depression scores during treatment.

Insurance questions we hear every day

Does insurance cover drug and alcohol rehab in Pennsylvania?

Most commercial plans cover substance use treatment as an essential health benefit, including partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care. The specifics — deductible, copay, session limits and prior authorization — depend on your individual plan, which is exactly what our free benefit check tells you.

How much will treatment cost me out of pocket?

That depends on your deductible, coinsurance and whether you have already met your out-of-pocket maximum this year. We give you the numbers your plan quotes us before you commit to anything, so there are no surprises after admission.

What if you are out of network with my plan?

Many plans still pay for out-of-network outpatient treatment at a reduced rate, and some allow a single-case agreement. We will tell you honestly what your plan will and will not do, and if we are not the right fit financially we will help you find a program that is.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

Usually no. Some HMO and Medicaid managed-care plans require a referral or prior authorization, and we handle that paperwork with your insurer as part of admissions.

Is the benefit check confidential?

Yes. Verifying benefits is a standard, protected healthcare transaction. We do not contact your employer, and nothing is shared with family members without your written permission.

Can I use insurance for virtual IOP?

Most plans now cover telehealth behavioral care the same way they cover in-person visits, which is what makes our virtual IOP available to clinically appropriate clients across Pennsylvania. We confirm telehealth coverage during the benefit check.
