Allied Trades benefits are designed to get members into real treatment quickly and to keep them working afterward. Partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient are the levels of care that make that possible without a long absence from the job.
Because we are in network, care is coordinated directly with the program rather than billed at out-of-network rates you would have to chase.
Injury, chronic pain and prescribed opioids are a common path into dependence in the trades. We treat that history head-on, with medical review of medications and a plan for pain that does not rely on the substance that got out of hand.
For members living outside southeastern Pennsylvania — or working out of town — virtual IOP keeps treatment going without a daily drive to Phoenixville, Philadelphia or Avondale.

Yes — we are an in-network provider for the Allied Trades Assistance Program for partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient addiction treatment. We verify your eligibility before you begin.
That is what IOP is designed for: nine to fifteen hours a week in a day, evening or virtual track. PHP is more intensive at about six hours a day, and many members step down to IOP and return to full hours.
Many plans extend behavioral health coverage to spouses and dependents. Eligibility depends on your fund, and we check it as part of the free benefit verification.
Your clinical records are protected by HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2. If you need documentation for a return-to-work agreement, we provide only what you authorize in writing.
Yes, and it is one of the most common stories we hear in the trades. We coordinate medically supervised detox when it is needed, offer MAT options like Suboxone and Vivitrol, and treat pain and dependence together.
