DUI education (AHSS) is a classroom course about impaired driving law and risk. It is administered through the county, not a treatment provider, and completing it is not treatment.
Treatment groups are clinical. They address why the drinking or use is happening, and they're what an assessment recommends when a pattern — rather than a single incident — is present. Many people in Chester County end up doing both.

No — AHSS is administered through the county court system. We provide the clinical side: the drug and alcohol assessment and the outpatient treatment groups a court or probation officer requires.
It's Pennsylvania's Court Reporting Network screening, required after a DUI conviction. It's a brief screening instrument, not a full clinical assessment, and it often triggers a referral for a fuller evaluation.
